At Aloha Moon Co., we're committed to creating products you'll love. Because many of our items are made especially for you after your order is placed, our return policy varies depending on the type of product purchased.
Made-to-Order Products
Our graphic apparel, sweatshirts, t-shirts, seasonal designs, mugs, and many gifts are made-to-order specifically for you.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong color

Changing your mind

Accidental purchases

Buyer preference
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we'll gladly provide either:

A replacement at no cost, or

A full refund, when appropriate.
Boutique Collection
Our Boutique Collection may include clothing and accessories fulfilled by trusted apparel partners.
Eligible boutique items may be returned if:

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

Original tags are attached

The item is in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, orders may only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
After production has started, we're unable to make changes.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If tracking shows "Delivered," please first check:

We'll gladly help investigate any shipment issues.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
