Processing Times

Processing time depends on the product ordered.

Made-to-Order Products

Most made-to-order items are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Boutique Collection

Boutique apparel typically ships within 1–4 business days, depending on supplier inventory and availability.

During holidays, product launches, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after shipment:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship separately.

If your order contains products from different fulfillment partners, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages on different days.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to replace or refund the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we'll always help investigate shipping issues, Aloha Moon Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to determine the best resolution.
